Nearly300 guests attended the China BC Bay Convention2017 and Annual Conference for Blockchain Industry Cooperation held in Qingdao on September12th to have in－depth discussion on topics of the global blockchain policy， development trend， cooperation mode， solutions， opportunity and challenges to build a platform for global blockchain cooperation and communication．
Themed with Focusing on the Development of Blockchain industry ＆ Building BC Bay New Financial Center， the convention aims to enhance communication and deepening cooperation to accelerate the project settlement and healthy development of BC industry．
The convention released directive BC Bay whitepaper and blockchain supervision sandbox application model base． The whitepaper illustrates the overall idea of BC Bay concept and introduces the background， eco structure， infrastructure of BC Bay， as well as innovation mechanism and model of accelerating cultivation of blockchain industry． It defines roadmap and assignment of tech and development of blockchain industry of Shibei district， Qingdao． Sandbox supervision system helps to encourage tech innovation and gives more space for blockchain industry companies to test， which reduces application risks to the controllable level and boost the healthy development of blockchain technologies． As one of key results achieved by the convention， BC Bay Qingdao Manifesto was released．
Government representatives， experts and scholars， famous company representatives from10 countries and regions delivered keynote speeches about development status and trend in the convention， which also has5 sub－conventions， focusing on discussion about application and scenario building in financial and insurance market infrastructure and supervision science and technologies， industry development， smart manufacturing （cross－border trade and supply chain management）， IOT （big data）， food safety， big health industry and content industry， cross－border incubation．
The convention has achieved remarkable results． During the convention， the Qingdao Shibei district government and Investment Promotion Bureau of China Ministry of Commerce signed strategic cooperation frameworks agreement， Qingdao blockchain research institute signed blockchain supply test platform cooperation agreement and blockchain industry incubation platform cooperation agreement with computing technologies research institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Zhongguancun blockchain industry alliance respectively， it also signed the blockchain education and training platform cooperation agreement with the Association of American Universities， Cernet Education and IUIA． Over10 BC companies， including21Vianet， Beijing Yucheng Tech，51 Signing， settled in Qingdao． （Yu Ruixin）

3． World’s largest and most powerful software test center revealed in Qingdao
Huiyu global software and big data testing service center held the opening ceremony in the Qingdao Linshan Bay TV and film industry zone on September12th and signed a strategic cooperation agreement with representatives of more than10 companies such as Qingdao Marine Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Group Co Ltd． The newly built testing service center plans to attract over500 industry chain companies and help Qingdao software industry to achieve more than CNY50 billion revenue in addition in the future．
Through the way of building the world leading testing cloud platform， the center can provide world’s best capacity testing ability （5，000，000 simultaneously）， as well as ability， function and AI test for software companies based on big data and AI． The center focuses on increasing software quality of companies， bureaus and government departments at home andabroad to build the domestic excellent software quality city for Qingdao and promote its position in the domestic software industry． It will provide testing， certifying and review to companies to attract foreign and domestic companies to settle in the base． At the same time， it also will partner with the Chinese quality supervision and quarantine bureau， national standard bureau， research institutes and universities to make thesoftware quality standards and regulation to help Chinese software companies to improve software quality， and provide software quality sorting and pricing service to software industry in China．
