53-year-old Lv Xiuqin, a resident from Qingshan village of Nanshu town of Laixi city, started her business in2009. Bakingusing sweet potato of Li Chenghao in Qingshan village tastes good, but lacking of ads led stocking problem in last winter. Lv brought the sweet potatoes to city and promoted through WeChat accounts, then buyers queued for buying sweet potatoes. Over20,000kg sweet potatoes were sold out in just one month.

“In order to adding wings of Internet to Laixi local specialties and sell to distance places, I started to learn computer from50. Now I know pretty much about running Taobao store and WeChat promotion,”Lv said with a smile. Until now she is known to promote over200 local specialties. Qingdao insurance industry growth rate sits No.9 in China in H1

The Qingdao insurance industry gained CNY24.15 billion insurance fee, up26.5% year-on-year. The growth rate is No.9 among all36 cities that have insurance regulatory commission, according to the half-year report about Qingdao insurance industry recently released by the Qingdao Insurance Regulatory Commission.

In the1st half of2017,24 asset insurance companies in Qingdao have gained CNY5.44 billion insurance fee, up13.7%;31 life insurance companies have gained CNY18.71 billion insurance fee, up30.8%. Risk proof function of insurance industry is in good play, in the1st half of2017, the companies have offered CNY11 trillion risk proof, CNY3.7 trillion are offered by asset insurance companies, and CNY7.3 trillion are offered by life insurance companies.
